Join Maari Falsetto, founder of Inner Alchemy, for a uniquely transformative sound-healing experience aligned with the powerful energies of the 12/12 portal—a time often associated with heightened clarity, spiritual expansion, and energetic alignment.
A Reiki sound bath blends the gentle flow of Reiki energy healing with the therapeutic vibrations of sound. During this session, your practitioner will use instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to create soothing frequencies that support deep relaxation. As these sound waves move through the body, Reiki energy is simultaneously channeled to encourage balance, harmony, and energetic renewal. Together, these modalities create a meditative environment that can ease stress and invite a sense of inner peace.
Our guest Reiki Master, Stacey Doyne, will be joining us to share her healing presence.
You will be guided into a soft, grounded meditation before being immersed in layers of restorative sound—gently carrying you into stillness, spaciousness, and deep relaxation as we move through the expansive gateway of the 12/12 portal.
Community agreements:
Be on time: Please arrive with time to park and enter at 6:45pm when the doors open to get settled for a prompt 7pm start. Please note that I have to lock the door to begin the sound bath so better to be early than late. If it is raining, please stay warm and dry in your car until 6:45pm.
Be prepared: yoga mat, blanket (your temperature does drop during the sound bath), eye pillow or cover and a water bottle.
Be respectful: Turn off your phone and other noise sources. Respect the silence during the session
Be considerate: If you snore, turn on your side.
Sound healing:
Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. It not only helps with inducing relaxation, but also has a way of moving through areas of blockage to move stagnant energy, release energy patterns and habits that are no longer serving you, and bring your body, mind and spirit back into alignment.
One of the best modalities to bring the body back to its natural state of harmony is sound and vibration from Himalayan chakra singing bowls. Placed on and around the body and struck or sung, the tones and frequencies emanated from these bowls creates a sympathetic resonance that affects the body on a cellular level. These vibrations spread as concentric waves into larger circles through the entire body and entrain the brain to move into a deep Theta state. The experience is one of absolute serenity as deep relaxation and soothing resonant sound opens the flow of energy and restores balance and well-being.
