A healing experience through sound and vibration for those who seek a deeper sense of renewal and relaxation.
About this Event

Immerse yourself on a journey through sound and vibration to a state of total relaxation and healing for your mind,body and soul.

You will be gently guided in to relaxation and eased into sound with a variety of instruments such as chimes, rattles, bells, rain sticks and drums, followed by crystal sound bowls bringing mind, body, emotions and soul into a state of balance, peace and harmony. You will then be guided in to silence for integration, receiving 1-2-1 reiki healing to encourage a release of any stagnant energy.

Mats provided but feel free to bring anything to aid in your comfortably such as blankets and cushions

Please arrive 10mins early as doors will be locked at 6.30pm to avoid distruption and you will not be able to enter.
