Reiki is a practice of taking a journey into your self so that you can find enlightenment. In order to do that we have to be willing to let go of our stories and attachments. Reiki means universal energy and all things are energy. This means we are working with energy of the heaven and the earth to help us see ourselves for who we are and let go of our stories and attachments. Reiki is the part that helps us to find moments of peace and balance so we can start to soften these stories and face them and clear the mud so to speak.
Together we will hold space for each other and share collective energy with Reiki to find moments of peace, love, and light.
