Self care Sunday. Release stress, restore balance and recharge your body, mind and spirit with a magical Reiki Circle. It consists of many healing hands on one person at a time. Come 12:30-1 to settle in with tea, light snacks & company.
The share will start promptly at 1:00 with a general introduction, then the circle will be grounded with a guided meditation, followed by treatments until each person has had a chance to receive healing.
This is a time and space for teachers, practitioners, those who are interested in sharing in connection and healing, as well as anyone who would like to learn more about Reiki.
