🤲 REIKI SHARE 🤲Reiki shares are a lovely way to practice or re-connect with your Reiki energy whilst meeting other students, practitioner and teachers.
The session includes an informal chat to help us become comfortable with one another, explaining anything we are struggling with or would like guidance with in our Reiki practice, whether that is personal or with clients.
We then take it in turns to hop on and off the couch, restoring our own cups ready for more healing with ourselves and others. There is no hierarchy to this space, all levels and reiki denominations are welcome.
This space can also help those who are Reiki level 1 trained and need to gain practice/case studies for Reiki level 2.
We’ll all have 15-20mins treatment time for ourselves as well as giving to others, with a little chat again at the end to discuss what we each picked up on and how we felt when giving/receiving the beautiful Reiki energy that we all know and love!
A lovely way to meet fellow Reiki peers in a lovely space for a monthly recharge.
