A serene and rejuvenating journey that combines the healing power of Reiki with the restorative benefits of yoga. This class is designed to create a harmonious balance between mind, body, and spirit, leaving you feeling grounded, peaceful, and revitalized.
During the class, you will be guided through gentle and nourishing yoga postures, carefully curated to promote deep relaxation and release tension from the body. These postures are meant to be fully supported with the use of props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing you to sink into each pose with ease and comfort.
Throughout the class, Ron will incorporate elements of Reiki, an ancient Japanese healing technique, to enhance your experience. Reiki involves the gentle laying on, or hovering of hands to channel positive energy into your body, promoting a sense of harmony and well-being. The combination of Reiki
with restorative yoga will help to release energy blockages, reduce stress, and facilitate a greater flow of life force within you. Physical assists will be offered but are not necessary to receive Reiki.
Breathwork and mindfulness techniques will also be integrated, encouraging you to cultivate present-
moment awareness and connect with your inner self. This mindful approach will deepen the relaxation and provide you with a sense of inner clarity and tranquility.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this class is open to all levels, as each participant is encouraged to move at their own pace and honor their unique needs. The atmosphere will be calming and supportive, fostering a safe space for you to unwind, recharge, and let
go of any tension or worries.
