This healing space is lovingly created for women of all backgrounds to come home to themselves - through stillness, breath, and connection.Together, we’ll move through supported restorative yoga postures, accompanied by individualised Reiki energy healing from two compassionate practitioners. This is a time to rest, release, and receive.
