Join us for a deeply relaxing Reiki Restorative Yoga experience with Amanda & Donna Pollin. This class blends the healing energy of Reiki with the calming benefits of restorative yoga, creating a space for deep relaxation, renewal, and inner balance.
Using supportive props, we will settle into gentle, long-held poses that allow the body to release tension while receiving hands-on or distance Reiki to enhance relaxation and energetic alignment. Guided breathwork, meditation, and soothing affirmations will accompany the practice, helping to restore both body and mind.
This session is perfect for anyone looking to relieve stress, find stillness, and reconnect with their inner peace. No prior yoga or Reiki experience is necessary—just come as you are and allow yourself to fully unwind.

We’re so excited to have you join us for our upcoming events, workshops, and ticketed experiences! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.
Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice. A courtesy cancellation must be done by email ([email protected]) or text to 732-854-4858. This allows other friends to potentially fill the spot & compensate our instructors adequately.
Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.
No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.
For any emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Event Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to a future event if space is available, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This can only be done 1 time, repeat transfer requests will not be accepted, no refund or credit will be issued.
