Settle into the healing rhythm of the ocean as you’re guided through a deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga practice on the beach, led by Amanda, with hands-on Reiki energy healing by Sheida. This class is designed to gently open the body, calm the nervous system, and realign your energy centers (Chakras) through supportive postures and intentional stillness.✨ Suitable for all bodies and experience levels.
✨ Enhanced with optional singing bowls, essential oils, and other calming elements to deepen your experience.
What to bring:
-Two towels or blankets (to be folded or rolled for support)
-One bed pillow for comfort
-Optional: eye pillow, light blanket, or layers (it can be breezy near the water!)
Come as you are, rest as you need, and leave feeling refreshed, restored, and rebalanced.

Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.
Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice. A courtesy cancellation must be done by email ([email protected]) or text to 732-854-4858. This allows other friends to potentially fill the spot & compensate our instructors adequately.
Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.
No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.
For any emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
