As you settle into restful yoga postures JJ, a Reiki Master with 13 years of experience, will offer optional hands-on energy healing to help release blockages, restore harmony, and invite ease into body, mind, and spirit. Throughout the practice, sound healer Valentyna will weave a calming soundscape with a variety of therapeutic instruments designed to quiet the mind, open the heart, and encourage profound relaxation.
This immersive experience is perfect for anyone seeking deep rest, energetic alignment, and a gentle reset. No prior yoga experience is needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to be held in healing presence.
