Join us for a day dedicated to rediscovering yourself amidst the serene beauty of the woodland.
Throughout the day, you’ll immerse yourself in nature, creating a meaningful craft to take home as a keepsake of your experience.
You’ll then be guided through a soothing meditation and hypnotherapy session, designed to help you release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner self, and embrace your positive qualities.
Experience a transformative fire release ritual, allowing you to fully let go and be present in the moment.
A hearty vegan lunch, prepared within the woodland, will be provided. You’re welcome to join in the preparation over the fire or take some quiet time to explore the forest.
In the afternoon, we’ll regroup for a Holy Fire Reiki Experience, connecting with the energies of the Earth, the woodland, and the universal life force.
We’ll conclude with positive journaling, a gratitude practice, card pulling, and a shared celebration of the day.
