Reiki Practitioner Certification Levels 1 & 2

Reiki Level 1 will meet May 18th from 12pm-5pm.

Reiki Level 1 is the initiation into reiki practice and open to all people. This first degree class, will open the energy channels of the aspiring practitioner, allowing her to connect to the universal life force energy flowing from the cosmos through the crown of the head and down to the heart and hands. Emphasis in this course is on self-healing, working through one’s own obstacles, and learning to center, prepare, and clear oneself of negative energies. This course provides an overview of the history of reiki, how reiki works, reiki ideals and philosophies, basic reiki techniques and hand positions, code of ethics, and standards of practice. Students will receive the first reiki placement.
Reiki Level 2 will be held on May 19th from 12pm-5pm.

Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Practitioner Level 2 Certification (7 Yoga Alliance CEUs) Reiki Level 2 is the deepening of the reiki practitioner into her healing and reiki practice and open to students who have completed Reiki Level 1. In this second degree class, the student will receive three of the four primary Reiki symbols as shown to Dr. Usui on Mount Kurayama in Japan. These symbols give access to the doorway of the universal energy system among the physical, emotional, and mental bodies, transcending space and time. Each student will receive an ignition further opening the energy channels of the more refined Holy Fire III. Emphasis in this course is on hand positions for physical, mental, and emotional healing of others; distance healing techniques; How to apply reiki symbols to treatments; how to use crystals with reiki; reiki meditation to increase the flow of reiki energy; how to integrate sound healing; the five stages of meditation; Japanese Reiki Meditation; and the Reiki Symbols Meditation. Those who complete this course will receive an Usui/Holy Fire III, Reiki II Practitioner Certificate.
