This practice session is open to Reiki practitioners of all levels. Bring your questions! This session is designed to support you in your discoveries and experiences, as well as help deepen your understanding. Based on your interests, we may also cover:- Self-Reiki as a tool for self-care
- Foundational techniques for effective practice
- Incorporating the Three Pillars of Reiki and other meditative techniques
- Reviewing Usui’s original hand positions
- Partnered practice, including seated Reiki hand positions
