Join Chasity Ramsey for a calming and restorative session that blends the gentle power of Reiki energy healing with mindfulness-based meditation techniques. Chasity's Reiki Meditation class offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and tap into focused awareness on the present moment. You’ll be guided through mindfulness meditation techniques to cultivate a deep sense of inner observation to center your awareness, while Reiki energy supports emotional balance, stress relief, and inner peace. No experience necessary—just come as you are and allow yourself to be held in healing energy.
Reiki Meditation will be held in our calming Salt Room, which adds further healing benefits to the experience.
About Chasity: Chasity Ramsey is certified Meditation Teacher with 100 hours of Mindfulness Meditation practice. She is also a level 3 Reiki Master Healer and a certified yoga instructor. She has been sharing her teachings and healings at One Life Yoga for the past five years and continues to grow her expertise through offering trauma-informed yoga practices with her community and elementary school programs. She uses various healing modalities to help others live more vibrantly and joyfully in every aspect of their life, through fostering the mind-body and subtle body connection!
