Reiki Meditation Class

Register for a deeply restorative Reiki Meditation Class, where you will experience the combined benefits of guided meditation and Reiki energy healing.

During this one hour session, you will:
Relax Comfortably: Sitting in a comfy chair with a cozy blanket and pillows if needed. Calming music and dim lighting. Our practitioner also takes extra care to energetically prep the space before each class, ensuring high, relaxing vibrations.
Guided Meditation: Be led through a calming and centering meditation practice. It's easy to follow and great for all levels of experience. A focus on body relaxation to help you release stress and be receptive to receiving Reiki energy.
Reiki Healing: The focus of this class is on the flow of Reiki energy, so we intentionally keep the guided meditation to a minimum, ensuring you get the hour to relax, connect & restore in the best way possible, receiving healing energy. This can assist in stress reduction on all levels - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Whether you are looking for assistance with your healing journey or simply looking to fill your cup, this class is for you!

Samantha Poitras - RMT, Energy Worker & Meditation Teacher. Sam is a passionate and sincere practitioner. She has the ability to hold space and facilitate wonderful sessions, always honouring the sacred work & client needs. Sam has been working with clients in this field for 18 years, and has been teaching meditation classes for 6 years.
