About this Event
Join us for a relaxing and restorative experience with our Free Introductory Reiki and Meditation Session, open to everyone interested in exploring these transformative practices. This 60-minute session will guide you through a series of mindfulness and energy healing practices to help you find balance and connect with your intuition.
Our journey begins with a warm welcome and a Cacao Ceremony, where we will set our intentions and connect with the heart-opening energy of cacao. Following this, we'll be guided through a mindfulness meditation to ground and center ourselves.
After meditating we will reflect on what came up during the meditation, with insights, feelings, and thoughts that arose. After the journaling practice, everyone will be welcome to share what came up, although not mandatory, and depending on each individual's level of comfort.
Finally, we will pull Oracle cards and have a Reiki session.
Who Can Join:
This session is open to everyone, whether you are new to meditation and Reiki or have previous experience. Spaces are limited, so please register early to secure your spot.
Facilitator:
Your session will be led by Tal, a certified Reiki II practitioner, and a regular meditator who learned the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. With a passion for sharing the benefits of mindfulness and energy healing, Tal is excited to guide you through this unique experience.
