*This is a one-day intensive learning class. You will be certified in both Reiki Levels 1 and 2.No experience necessary.

This class will take you through Levels 1 and 2 in a one-day period lasting up to approximately 6 hours. Learn both levels in one day with no unnecessary waiting periods between levels. (So-called “waiting periods” between Levels 1 & 2 are not a requirement for learning Reiki – the founder was known to sometimes teach all 3 levels in one day).
The word “Reiki” itself is translated from Japanese to English to mean, “divinely guided life force energy”. Therefore, Reiki is the energy that comes directly from Source/God/The Divine. When you become a Reiki practitioner, you are not being given something you don’t already have. Reiki already runs through everything, including you. The training and attunements to the energy simply help you learn to connect directly with the Reiki energy and gives you a format to follow to perform healing sessions for yourself and others.
This 1-day training intensive is one of the most thorough and comprehensive available and covers the following subjects:
- The origin and history of Reiki
- The nature of Reiki energy, how it works and its benefits
- The Principles of Reiki (Reiki Ideals)
- The Human Energy System
- The 3 Pillars of Reiki
- Self-healing and healing others
- Hand Positions, with the option of working intuitively as in Reiji-Ho and Byosen Scanning
- Gassho meditation
- Reiji-ho: Using inner guidance to know how and where to treat
- Kenyoku: Dry bathing, a method to clear your energy field
- Gyoshi-ho: Sending Reiki with the eyes
- Koki-ho: Sending Reiki with the breath
- Enkaku chiryo: Sending Reiki at a distance
- Reiki Levels 1 & 2 symbols: How to draw, activate and use them. Their many uses are explained and their inner meaning is discussed. Practice time is given so students know from experience how the energy of each symbol feels and the results each symbol produces
- Attunements for Levels 1 & 2
- Getting started with your Reiki Practice
- Exchange practice sessions with other students
- Certification will be provided upon completion of the class. You will be certified in the lineage of Usui Shiki Ryoho – The Usui System of Natural Healing.
About Your Instructor: Faye has been practicing and teaching Reiki for over 11 years. She completed her first Reiki Master training in 2014 in the lineage of Usui Shiki Ryoho, and recently received a second round of training as a Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master, learning directly with world renowned Reiki teacher, William Lee Rand.
