Event description: Janet’s Reiki level one workshop is well suited for beginners, as well as those who have previous experience in energy healing.
Reiki is a simple, gentle hands-on modality that utilizes Universal Life Force energy to ease pain, release stress, energize the body, cleanse the spirit & balance the emotions.
You will learn,
~ What Reiki is
~ Principles & Ethics of energy healing and balance in give/take of a Reiki session.
~ How the emotions effect the physical body, Our thoughts and emotions affect our energy levels & Our thoughts and emotions affect our body and organs too

- No pre-requirements need to take level one, or to move to the next level, some people are just happy with level one -
In order to move onto Reiki Second Degree you must have at least 90 days between level One & Two and have 10 signed acknowledgements to move on.
