Reiki is a Japanese term meaning Universal (or spiritual) life force energy. It is used as an energy healing technique to promote health and wellbeing.During this level one class, you will learn:
* What is reiki
* History of reiki
* Chakras
* Hand positions to do reiki
You will also receive an attunement for level one along with a certificate of completion for level one.
Bring lunch as there will be a lunch break.
Wear confortable clothing.
The cost for this class will be $100 which includes handouts, attunement, and a certificate. A $25 deposit will secure your spot.
** This class needs four people in order to be held. Your deposit will be returned if this is not met.**
