Reiki Level One is an introduction into the energy world. Reiki opens and awakens to who and what you already are. Reiki Level One class provides an opportunity to learn and connect to the wisdom of your own heart and soul.Beginning the journey of self transformation and self-awareness.
You will learn how Reiki can balance and align your energy on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level giving a greater sense of peace and happiness. You will also learn history of Reiki, the basic hand positions, scanning & more. Students will receive an attunement.
