Reiki Level One is a practitioner's initiation into reiki and is open to anyone. There are no prerequisites - just an open heart and mind. The focus during Level One is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to universal life force energy.
It is suitable for complete beginners as an introduction to energy work, as well as anyone wishing to re-do their Reiki training.
You will learn how to treat yourself, beginning a daily healing practice and will learn the Reiki principles and how to integrate them into your daily life.
You will be able to ‘give’ Reiki to others in a non-professional capacity, including pets, plants and places.
Practicing Reiki is the secret method of inviting happiness into your life. Reiki changed my life and I know it can change yours too.
If you want to become a practising healer, this is the perfect first step. Includes your take home manual and certificate. Ongoing practice sessions and support.
