I’m running a two day Reiki level I workshop in Teignmouth on April 6th and 7th, 9.30-1.30. I have scheduled this workshop in line with the New Moon so attendees can take full advantage of its transformative power.Reiki is a mindful, meditative practice promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and promotes a positive mental state through gentle touch. Whilst increasing your well-being, it brings deeper insight, healing and balance to yourself, family, friends and pets.
The course includes a comprehensive manual, teaching, demonstrations, practice, four attunements, 21 day journal, certificate and follow-up. There is pre and post learning in addition to class time. Group size 2-4 people.
