Reiki I is all about self-love and healing. It is the greatest gift you can give yourself on your healing journey.In this 1-day session, led by Kristina Watanabe, RMT, you will learn the Usui lineage and blend with the Holy Fire lineage, developed by William Rand. In place of attunements, you will receive Experiences and Placements. This is a very meditative way to receive Reiki. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes!
In addition, you will learn the history of the Usui Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki and how they work together. You will learn how to clear a space, ground yourself, and how to clear yourself after a personal session.
Everyone should learn Reiki Level I. It is the best gift you can give yourself!
