A day with Saira Francis spent working with the energy of Reiki and becoming attuned to the first level of reiki healing energy.On the Reiki I course we will cover the history of Reiki, what the energy is and its many creative uses, ethics and practice, self healing, the reiki principles, self treatment, treating family and friends and all about the 21 day cleansing process which occurs after the course. We will do lots of meditation, working on forgiveness and release and clearing blocks so that you can become a purer channel for this sacred energy.
This is a workshop for a very limited number of people. Only max of 8 participants, in my home.
