Learn ReikiReiki is a profoundly simple natural hands-on healing modality that uses universal life force energy to promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. The term Reiki is Japanese – “Rei” meaning universal and “Ki” meaning energy.
Reiki can accelerate the body’s natural ability to heal. It can relieve the pain of an injury, ease discomfort after surgery, or speed recovery from illness. Reiki is also a wonderful healing energy that is used to promote relaxation as is balances the body, mind, and spirit.
During this interactive workshop, you will :
-Learn what Reiki is and it’s history
-Learn how to activate the energy and allow it to channel through you
-Learn how to feel and interpret the energy
-Learn about the Chakras and the energy anatomy
-Learn how to ground and protect yourself before a session
-Learn how to treat yourself with Reiki
-Learn how to treat your family and friends with Reiki
-Practice exercises of giving and receiving Reiki with one another
-Receive the Reiki Level 1 Attunement that will establish your connection to the healing energy
After you receive the Attunement, you will open yourself up to immediately channel this healing energy and it is very likely that the Reiki energy will help to awaken intuitive abilities that reside within you!
