Level I includes an overview of the traditional and modern history of Reiki, the Reiki precepts, hand placements for self-care and others, strengthening meditation, Japanese Reiki techniques, self and group practice, and more.This class emphasizes the value of self-treatment as the core of the practice and encourages the treatment of family and friends while promoting a life-long practice through which the depth of the gifts of healing and growth are manifested.
