During this two-day Reiki Level 1 Training in Fermoy, you will step into the Golden Tera Mai lineage of Dr. Usui, opening the doorway to a healing energy that touches every part of your being. Reiki serves as a reminder that the mind, body, and soul are never separate.
When the mind is restless, the body carries tension.
When the body is heavy, the soul feels dimmed.
And when the soul is awakened, the whole being begins to glow with peace.
✨ Reiki works at this meeting point — where thought, breath, and spirit weave together — restoring balance and harmony at the deepest level.
This training is more than instruction.
It is two full days held in a space of warmth, safety, and compassion — a space where you can truly exhale and allow yourself to receive.
You will learn the history and meaning of Reiki, explore the chakras and aura, and practice the hand positions that enable Reiki to flow, allowing for both self-healing and helping others.
You will be guided into powerful meditation practices to find balance and inner stillness, discover how to connect with the Angels who protect and inspire you, and learn to bring Reiki into everyday life for yourself and your loved ones.

I’m Sol Smith, owner of Phoenix Sanctuary Academy.
I am an ICF and CMI Certified Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach and Leader, Clinical Hypnotherapist, RTT Therapist, Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, Life and Business Coach, Reiki/Seihem Master Teacher, Mindfulness Practitioner, Holistic Healer, Trauma Coach, Inner Child Specialist, and TI Narcissistic Abuse Coach.
Over the years, I have guided many people back to themselves — helping them rediscover safety in their body, balance in their mind, and light in their soul.
My approach is unique because I combine the power of three — mind, body, and soul — weaving together Reiki, somatic practices, meditation, sound healing, and deep compassionate guidance.
I hold space with respect, care, and trauma-informed knowledge, creating an environment where people feel safe enough to soften, release, and open fully to their healing journey.
