Reiki Level One is the introductory course to the hands-on healing technique of Reiki, a Japanese healing art. It focuses on opening energy channels to allow the practitioner to connect with the universal life force energy (also known as Ki or Prana), which is believed to flow through the body and into the hands. Level One teaches the basics of self-healing, energy awareness, and foundational hand positions for giving treatments to oneself and others. Approximate cost including manuals: $150
Next Group Class will be November 16, 2025. Private trainings always available as well as refreshers for those who are already Reiki attuned but wish to learn in the Gendai tradition.
Gina is a Gendai Reiki Master and a Certified Bliss Bowls Sound Healing Practitioner. She infuses traditional Reiki Energy sessions with healing vibrations from singing bowls and other sound healing instruments which enhance and heighten the overall effect of her energy work and also offers Sound Bath Meditation experiences in the local area. Gina holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in music education from The University of Connecticut, is a certified Music Together instructor, and has been teaching all ages for many years. She has been a student/participant in many natural healing modalities for over 20 years. She lives in Berlin with her husband Scott, children Aria and Will, and her Mini Dachshund Remo.
