Reiki is a Japanese word that can be broken down into its two kanji (symbols). "Rei" meaning universal, divine or something mysterious/sacred. "Ki" meaning life energy, known in yoga as prana, it is the life force of all things. The translation of words can often lead to many meanings as various people can translate it based on their own understanding. One simple translation is Reiki is the energy of the Universe.
The practice of Reiki cultivates stillness and kindness. It opens your heart to the light within yourself and the connection we all share.
The first level of Reiki training is designed for self-healing. During this two day training you will learn about what Reiki is, the history of Reiki, the precepts or ideals that this healing system is based on, and be attuned to Reiki.
This in-person training will provide you with the tools to perform Reiki healing on yourself and others - and lots of opportunities to practice together.
This weekend is suitable to anyone who is looking for: tools to support your nervous system with self care, a pathway for spiritual expansion and clarity, expanding your tools if you work in another modality, or to begin your own journey to becoming a Reiki practitioner.

The cost is $250.00 for the weekend and covers your manual, materials and certificate.
