Dive into the foundations of Reiki Level 1, a gentle yet powerful Japanese healing technique that helps balance the body’s energy, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical wellness.

Upon completion of the training, you will be certified to perform self-Reiki as well as practice on friends and family, and even your pets and plants.

In an intimate and supportive group, you’ll learn:

How energy flows through the body and how Reiki supports healing

How to channel Reiki energy through your hands

An introduction to chakras and energetic boundaries

How to set healing intentions and use Reiki ethically

Reiki history, definition, principles, exercises

Chakra cleansing meditation

Reiki Level 1 Attunement - this sacred energetic attunement process aligns the student to the Reiki Healing Energy while activating the upper Chakras, arms, & fingertips

Post-attunement cleansing practices and how to build a daily self-practice

Techniques for self-healing and giving Reiki to others

Chair treatment, standing treatment, Reiki boost, and classic table treatment

Your course materials, learning hours, certificate, and closing ceremony are included in the cost of your registration.
