Reiki Level 1 Training & Certification

Reiki teaches us how to work with the energy of the Universe to help restore balance within our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Reiki helps us to deepen our connection with Source and ourselves. Level 1 will open you to the vibration of Reiki and learn how to share Reiki with yourself, animals, and plants.
In this course, you will learn the history and principles of Reiki, how Reiki works, using the 7 chakras as a guidance system, how to provide Reiki to yourself, plants, animals, food & water, receive a private attunement, and learn the full daily routine.

 Self Practice. Course includes community, ongoing support, a full manual, and a certificate.
