In Reiki Level 1, you will learn:
-The history/origin of Usui style Reiki.
-The human energy system
-The science & spiritual principles of how to tune into, channel, & give the flow of reiki energy.
-How reiki energy works to heal your physical, spiritual, emotional, & mental body
-Hand positions for self healing
-How to give reiki to family & friends

During this 7 hour training you will:
-Receive a printed manual
-Have hands on practice with other students
-Have real time question/answers/feedback
-Experience guided sound meditations to focus on your own healing & intentions
-Receive a reiki attunement from the reiki master teacher
-Receive your certification for your Reiki Level 1 training which certifies you to give reiki to friends & family
