Are you interested in practicing Reiki or just learning more about it so you can tap into your healing gifts and abilities?
The First Degree Reiki is focused on physical healing and is primarily self-healing based on the self-practice of tuning into our energy and feeling more centered in our lives. When you receive your Reiki 1 attunement you become a channel that connects directly to the divine energy source giving you the ability to heal yourself and others.
In Level 1 you will explore and gain the knowledge of:
Day 1
• The History of Reiki
• Reiki Lineage
• The Five Reiki Principles
• How, When, Why & What we can use Reiki for
• Using Reiki for Wellness
Day 2
• Attunement into Reiki
• Traditional Usui hand positions
• Intuitive Healing
• How to give Reiki to yourself and others
• Reiki practice sessions
• Pendulum & Oracle cards
Schedule:
10:00 am to 5:30 pm
