Reiki Level 1 Class

We will spend the day learning about how reiki was discovered, level one information and symbols, how to sense energy, working with energy, and receiving level one attunement.

This attunement will require a 21 day cleansing period which requiers abstainance from drugs and alcohol, avoid toxic foods, take care of your body, and pay attention to any changes within you in order to receive the greatest benefit.

You will need: Your hands, a writing instrument, a notebook

You may also want to bring food and beverages for the day ( There will be a short lunch break)

All other materials including the reiki level I manual, will be provied for you.

About the Instructor

Laney Milligan of Luminous Aura Reiki & Energy Work

Laney is a Reiki Master Teacher and Integrative Energy Therapy practitioner who focuses on healing yourself through addressing alignment of the mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Her work as a healer began learning yoga which opened her awareness, she was sensing energy. She sought many healers and different modalities to harness the knowledge & ability to guide herself and others into the light. She’s been Reiki trained since 2019 and IET Worker since 2023. With every healing session, she induces an opening to flow, awareness, and alignment for the greatest outcome of her clients.
