During Reiki Level 1, you will learn how to channel universal life force energy through your hands to yourself and others, activating your body's natural healing abilities. You will also learn about the history and philosophy of Reiki, as well as the basic hand positions for self-healing and healing others. Through a combination of theory, guided meditations, and practical exercises, you will develop a deep understanding of energy, chakras, and the subtle body, and how they relate to physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
This course is suitable for anyone who is curious about energy healing, wants to enhance their well-being, or wishes to become a certified Reiki practitioner. No prior experience is necessary!
This is a 2 day course that meets Reiki NZ standards which recommend 12 hours in person training for Reiki level 1.
