Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese healing practice discovered by Mikao Usui-Sensei, a Buddhist monk, and is designed to support balance across the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
This Reiki Level I (First Degree) certification is a foundational experience open to everyone — no previous experience or prerequisite required. You do not need to be a professional healer to benefit from Reiki; it is a beautiful tool for daily self-care, energetic awareness, and conscious living, and it blends seamlessly with other healing modalities.

During this workshop, you’ll receive your First Degree attunement, an energetic initiation that opens and activates the natural healing channels already present within you. Many people experience meaningful shifts in awareness, intuition, and energetic sensitivity following this process.
After this training, you will be able to offer Reiki to yourself with confidence and integrity.
