-Understanding Reiki energy: how it flows, how it interacts with the body, and its physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits.
-Hands-on practice to give Reiki to yourself, loved ones, animals, plants, and more.
-A sacred attunement process to connect you with an unlimited supply of Reiki energy.
🌸 Special Experience:
The class concludes with a soothing 30-minute sound bath, featuring 432 Hz crystal singing bowls, to harmonize and seal in your Reiki energy.
📘 What’s Included:
A personalized Level 1 Reiki handbook for guidance during and after the class.
A Level 1 Reiki Certification of Completion.
This class is taught by Nikki Sanchez, a certified RMT, Reiki Master Teacher, Oncology Reiki Practionaer, and experienced Sound Therapist with over a decade of experience.
⏳ Duration and Lunch:
This is a one-day class lasting approximately 5 hours. There will be a 30-minute break for lunch. Feel free to bring a packed lunch or there is a sub shop in the shopping center.
