This Reiki Level 1 course introduces you to the fundamentals of Reiki, its history, and the principles of Reiki healing, focusing on self-healing and sharing Reiki with friends, family and pets. You'll learn how to connect to Reiki energy, understand the energy body and chakra system, and receive attunements. Includes practical exercises like self-treatment, seated sessions, and full Reiki treatments. • Reiki Basics: What Reiki is, its history, and the five principles.
• Energy Body & Chakras: Understanding your energy body and the chakra system.
• Attunements: Receiving Level 1 attunements to open and align with Reiki energy.
• Self-Treatment: Learning how to perform self-treatments to heal yourself.
• Sharing Reiki: Learning how to give Reiki to friends and family.
• Receive a take-home manual and Reiki Level 1 certification.
• Access ongoing practice sessions and dedicated support.
Duration: 1 day 10am to 5pm for £111 (£21 non refundable deposit required by 9th November. Balance payable on the day);
A mix of theory and practical exercises, including attunements, self-treatments, and sharing sessions.
Maximum of 6 students.
