Reiki means universal life force energy and is a recognised holistic healing practice. This level focuses on healing the self, understanding your own energies, clearing blockages, and allowing you to work with your intuitions, and connect with the universal life force energy.
After completion of the First Degree Reiki training day, you will receive your certified training certificate; Reiki Practitioner 1st Degree.
Following your training
Level 1 Practitioners have been attuned with the Reiki Symbols, and have completed their 21-day home study can now practice channeling Universal Life Force Energy, with practice they are able to balance physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness for themselves and non-paying friends & family.
What to expect on your Reiki Training Day
Training starts mid-day and lasts around 5 hours, comfort breaks, refreshments, and a light lunch are provided, there are a maximum of 6 students and 2 Reiki masters, we provide treatment tables and practice in treatment rooms which enable you to learn in a safe and comfortable setting with teacher guidance if needed.
