The course covers:

• The history of reiki
• The 5 reiki ideals
• Introductions to the chakras
• Hand positions for treating yourself & others
• Basic reiki techniques for self, spot, chair & table reiki
• A comprehensive manual, "Reiki the Healing Touch First and Second Degree" by William Lee Rand, used for reiki 1 and 2
• Lifetime access to online supplementary resources including recorded meditations, video demonstrations, downloadable reference sheets, client forms, knowledge checks & more
• A powerful placement connecting you with reiki energy
• Plenty of hands-on practice learning to sense energy and giving self, spot, chair & full formal table sessions
• Reiki 1 Certificate recognizing you have met the standards of the International Center for Reiki Training
