Reiki Level 1 ( no pre- requisites)Hello and welcome🙏
My name is Michelle and I have had the joy and honor of teaching Reiki since 2006. I started on my Reiki journey in 2004 in Ireland.
My classes evolve as I learn more through new courses and Teachers I have taken and met over the years.
I have taken both Western and Eastern Reiki ( Jikeden and Komyo Reiki Do)and incorperate my learning from all styles into my course content. My specific lineage for these courses will state on your certificate Usui/ Tibetan. I go more into this during the class. I teach 4 levels of Reiki all of which are one day classes. These are full days with lots of amazing information and techniques. Please reach out of you have any questions.
Join us for a wonderful introduction into the world of Reiki. This gentle yet powerful meditative technique can add peace and clarity into your everyday life. Learn about the history of the practice and basic techniques to help manage your energy as well as the energy of others. You will have an opportunity to practice on yourself and with other students in the workshop. This class is for everyone!! Are you an empath or perhaps a healthcare worker who is exposed to a stressful workplace environment?
I teach techniques throughout the levels that can benefit Healthcare workers, therapists, teachers and empaths to help manage, clear and transmute environmental, situational or external/ internal energy that may be impacting you in a negative way.
Reiki is a practice to invite peace and happiness into our life. It can give clarity and create motivation and balance to bring confidence and serenity to our Soul which ultimately brings balance to our physical, mental and emotional health. Just like physical exercise the practice of Reiki can foster a spiritual connection and foundation that paired with intention and action can transform your life with incredible fulfillment.
Exchange for this course is $235
Reiki Level 2 can be taken right after level 1. There will be a required break between level 2 and 3 and 3 and 4.
