Certification course for traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Shoden (Level 1). Includes level appropriate teachings, attunements, manual, certificate and hands-on experience. Reiki attunements assist in aligning and amplifying our natural healing energies. We will discuss the history and origins of Reiki. Learn traditional techniques including Gassho, Reiji-Ho, Joshin Kokyuu (breathing, grounding, clearing), hand placement, self-healing and etiquette. Your attunement will include the first two symbols.

Location: 185 Brock Street N., Unit #102B, Whitby (brown building on the south east corner of Brock Street and Mary Street. Parking and entrance are located behind the building.
