REIKI LEVEL 1
Reiki is a holistic, natural, hands-on energy healing system that has a positive effect on all levels: body, mind, and spirit. Are you ready to activate your healing abilities and open up to the power of Reiki?
In this Level 1 class, you will:
▪ be introduced to the history and principles of Reiki
▪ learn about the chakra system and its importance in Reiki healing
▪ learn how we manifest and heal dis-ease
▪ learn the basic hand positions for treatment
▪ practice using Reiki on others in class
▪ receive a guided meditation to meet your Reiki guide
▪ receive the Reiki 1 attunement that will enable you to channel the Reiki energy
