Sound Healing uses key frequencies to prompt the body to use its natural ability to heal itself. Also known as "Sound Journeys," this ancient practice is gaining modern popularity as more people seek natural and holistic approaches to healing.
Sound baths may reduce tension, anger, fatigue, stress, anxiety, depression & mood disorders, insomnia & sleep disorders, digestive issues, chronic fatigue, and emotional trauma. It"s also been shown to help relieve pain from arthritis, menstruation, postoperative procedures, and joint replacement as well as reduce muscle pain and stiffness, inflammation, mobility issues, lower blood pressure, and increase blood circulation. Combined with the Japanese healing technique of Reiki, this experience promises to be the ultimate in relaxation.
This event takes place on the 3rd Friday of each month at 200 Elm Street, Manchester, NH, USA. We ask you to check in by 6:45pm and bring a yoga mat or blanket along with a small hand towel or neck roll to support the head so we may start at 7pm. This is a meditative experience and open to all ages understanding that ALL participants must be respectful of other attendees.
