Join Boshka and Eva on a journey through energies and frequencies and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Reiki, Gongs, Ocean Drum, Crystal & Tibetan Bowls among many other instruments, to experience deeply nourishing relaxation.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to give their body and nervous system deep rest and nourishment. Sound baths create an amazing opportunity to slow down and appreciate your body’s wisdom and ability to heal.
Having regular Reiki and/or Sound Healing sessions can be truly life changing, not only in allowing us to destress, but also in increasing our productivity and resilience in order to cope with the challenges of modern life.

What to Expect:
The beauty of Sound Healing resides within how easy and accessible it is to many, and no experience or knowledge is necessary to attend the session. Participants will be asked to lie down on yoga mats and get comfortable under a blanket while being immersed in a soundscape meditation. While Boshka fills the room with sound, Eva will fill it with Reiki before giving everybody an individual healing. When healing energy and vibrations are absorbed by the body, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, which in turn helps the body to spark its natural ability to heal and balance.
What you Will Need:
Please bring some water to stay hydrated. Although we have some, feel free to bring blankets and cushions to make sure you're extra comfortable. You will be lying down and it's not unusual for your body temperature to drop once you start to relax, so make sure you're dressed appropriately. Don't forgot your comfy socks.

Studio 6 is on the second floor and therefore has limited accessibility. Please contact us for any further information. On street parking is available at the venue.

About Your Hosts:
Eva Lake is a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer, Rituals and Ceremonies facilitator, space holder and Soul Doula. Deeply called to honour the ways in which life encourages and sometimes forces us to grow, Eva’s passionate about recognising and celebrating all the transitions and changes that life has to offer. By acknowledging and appreciating our emotions, strengths, weaknesses and achievements, we can lead more fulfilling and balanced lives.
Boshka Grygoriew-Alvy has been exploring the world of wellness and alternative healing modalities since her early 20s, deeply inspired by the teachings of Chinese Medicine, Qi-Gong, Ayurveda and Yoga. Looking for stillness and silence within, brought her to studying Sound Healing and qualifying as a NAAD Yoga Sound Meditation Teacher, accredited by Yoga Alliance and CMA. Boshka is also a Reiki Practitioner and a Health Coach specialising in Nutritional Therapy and Mineral Testing.
