Relax and immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of sound and peaceful reiki energy to realign and rejuvenate body, mind, emotions, and spirit! Join us on Friday, October 3 at 6:30 pm for a restorative sound healing journey orchestrated by Sound Alternative at Unity of Venice. Doors open at 6:00 pm. $25 per person - CASH ONLY - pay at the door
WHAT TO BRING:
All participants are responsible for bringing their own mat, pillows, blanket, water, and anything else needed to be comfortable laying on the carpet for an hour to soak in the sound bath. Anti-gravity chairs work great if you have a fold-up one to bring. Regular chairs are available for sitting for those participants who are unable to lay down.
ARRIVAL TIME:
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Make sure you come arrive at least 10 minutes before we start to get your spot set up. The sound bath starts promptly at 6:30 pm and once the doors are closed, entry is no longer permitted to avoid disturbing the other participants from their peaceful state.
