Our monthly Sound Baths begin in September provided by Sound Alternative. Relax and immerse yourself in the healing energy of sound to realign and rejuvenate mind, body and spirit . All are welcome to attend. Doors open at 6:00 pm, and will be closed at 6:30 when event begins. Bring a mat, water and wear comfortable clothes. Chairs are available. 25$ in cash payable at the door.
