Community Reiki infused Sound Healing Circle.This is a group for individuals interested in utilizing the benefits of sound journey medicine for self-expression, inner healing and recovery, celebration, dance, and community connection.
For thousands of years, Indigenous cultures around the world have used these ancient practices to bring about healing and connection in the community.
Recent medical studies have demonstrated that sound healing circles boost the immune system and provide many other beneficial relief from trauma, addictions, and illness. Healing of the mind, body, and soul.
During the Sound Meditation, we utilize Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Quartz Singing Bowls, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gongs, Rain Sticks, Ocean Drums, Tuning Forks and other sacred sound healing instruments.

We also take some time out to process and share openly with each other where we are on our healing journey, encouraging the healing benefits of connection while holding sacred and non judgmental space.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket/pillow for your comfort.
This is a $30 love donation based circle. If you don't have it, give what or how you can. Help loading and unloading, and your services are greatly appreciated. Donations pay for the rental of building, repair of equipment when needed and travel.
