The facilitator
Morag Rollo has over 20 years experience of working with therapeutic energies, becoming certified in Shiatsu, SeiKi, and has degrees in Usui and Karuna Reiki to Master/Teacher Level.
More recently she has studied Crystal Keys, Sound Therapy, Yin/Rebirthing Breathwork, and Reiki Drum becoming a Yin Breathwork Practitioner, a Gong Master Practitioner, and Reiki Drum Practitioner the later two being accredited by the CMA ( Complementary Medical Association)
Morag is currently studying Transcendental Sacred Sound and to become a Reiki Drum Teacher both of these qualifications are also accredited by the CMA.
In this day retreat Morag will guide you through breathwork to calm your nervous system, balance the right and left hemispher of your brain, while calming and clearing your mind.
She will teach you techniques to identify and breakdown/ clear blockages from your body.
Use your voice to tone and align your chakras, to aid your own healing ability and that of the world around you, also the importance of Sacred silence.
Take you on a reiki drum journey calling you back to your original, unique, beautiful, creative self. Before a fantastic finally of an extended gong sound bath with a dozen paiste gongs, crystal singing bowls, himalayan/tibetan singing bowls, chimes and various other therapeutic instruments. Performed by 2 CMA accredited Gong Master Practitioners, herself (Soul Healing for the Spirit) and Fionna (Kokoro Sound Therapy) who have co created a number of sound events together.
A light wholesome lunch of soup, oatcakes and bread shall be provided and you may bring food to share if you feel called to.
Mats, chairs, water, pen and paper will also be provided.
You shall be required to bring :-
Yourself with an Intention for the day (no expectation) and an Open Heart. Warm blanket/Sleeping bag, Cushion.
