Dive into a calming sound meditation with Eve, setting the stage for a unique healing journey as Felicia using light touch offers personalized Reiki to the group.
Experience waves of joyful vibration from gongs, chimes, and other instruments that will induce deep relaxation and energetic clearing. Felicia will work individually with each participant providing Reiki to target specific areas of the body in need of support or release. The combination of Reiki and therapeutic sound will bring your body into a state of wholeness, leaving you feeling not just relaxed but truly rejuvenated.
During the session, you'll be fully clothed, resting on thick yoga mats with cozy blankets and bolsters provided. Feel free to bring any additional comfort items. After the healing journey, enjoy a moment of connection over tea and snacks.
